Water was high and cold today but I found some cool stuff at the North Sulphur River Texas. The fossil fish is full of bones, verts and fins. The large worn bone is part of a pleisosaur paddle. The mosasaur vert has nice size and color.

thats not a conglomerate, its a fossilized fish, scales, skin, bones and all.  Unfortunately he only found a broken section, but still very cool

When I say that, I mean the fish bones all together in a piece. Not a literal conglomerate

Nice find.  I also went out to the North Sulfur River this afternoon.   Found four mosasaur verts and one exogyra oyster.  That huge rain few days ago really exposed quiet of few bones.
