Is the small plant in picture 2, the seedling version of the other plants?

These are not plants, but rather bryozoans, most likely Fenestrate bryozoans, similar to Fenestella sp.

These look like fenestrate bryozoans to me. :headscratch:

I find it fascinating that something so plant like can actually be an animal.  :) 

These are interesting fossils, especially their skeletal structures.

Another one from Olaloye 1974 that matches with the large frond.  Glauconome (=Penniretepora) disticha

Lovely specimens! Irish Carboniferous bryozoans are famous and figure in much early taxonomic work so they're important for that. I'm no expert but they do indeed look like Penniretepora and Fenestella sps.

 

We need @polyfenestella!
