Please help me with this tooth Tooth I.D

Hi I recently got this tooth. It’s from Alberta Canada but that’s all the information I have on it. It’s 1.5 cm at the longest size with 28 serrations on that side.

I got it from my local rock shop. He had it listed as daspletosaurus torosus Alberta Canada pre max.   But I know how often these are misidentified so I was running them past the experts here

Without a locality you cannot put an ID on it.  Multiple Tyrannosaurids are found in Alberta and it all starts with either Formation or specific geographic location.   I also dont think your tooth is a Premax looks like a dentary position..

That’s what I was thinking. I got it for a good price so I’m perfectly happy with it being confirmed as tyrannosaurid! Thank you!
