Dino1
Hey guys, I saw this listed as a suchomimus tooth. I know suchomimus tooth is quite rare and I don’t have much experience with it. Do you guys think it’s really a suchomimus tooth?
fossilsonwheels
You are probably going to need more pictures and information regarding location, formation, etc before you get an ID.

Troodon
I cannot tell from the photos provided if the carina have denticles to unequivocal say its Suchomimus. What you need to see are denticles similar to #2 on attached photo. Haravex
Having held about 50 suchomimus teeth and hundreds of crocodile teeth from this location I will say this is crocodile. Here are my reasons, firstly its straight not recurved even slightly which is defining characteristic, secondly the basal shae (the base) is round showing no signs of compression now some teeth from suchomimus are almost round but these are only from posterior of the jaw and are usually very small (no more than an inch) thirdly the tooth is in good quality enamel has little signs of sand erosion and is smooth however most suchomimus teeth have textured enamel and finally the fluting is not consistent with known suchomimus teeth.
