Bone id

I found this bone inside of a concretion.  I’m afraid to break it if I chip the concretion off so I have been using water to get it off.  It’s very slow though.  I need help identifying what kind of bone fossil this is.  Thank you.  It seems to all be attached inside of this concretion.

I'm not seeing any bone texture, but then again, bones are not my forté.  :unsure:
