Last hunting trip, something was found that in Many years of hunting I have never encountered. Any thoughts as to what it might be ?? Another question, do you think my old and trusted footwear has reached their limit ??

Not yet. I can see no holes, so this boots still can take some miles! :dinothumb:

No holes, no worries! 

 

My first thought was a fossil pupa...but it's so big. I don't have any other ideas.

Picture five looks like it has fibers coming off of it. My mind, bad eye sight, there are or cleaning process?

Didn't clean fossil. It was found on a lake so the fibers you see are possible algae ??
