Hey everyone,

 

This is a small piece of bone (I think it’s a frill section) I found a while back in the Lance Formation. I was going over my fossils when I noticed this weird iron line going through the bone. I’m not sure what it is. It sorta looks like a blood vessel, but those can’t be fossilized, right? What do you think it is? Any response is appreciated. Thanks everyone!
