Small theropod footprint?

I found this rock in some landscaping rocks in Arapahoe country Colorado. I know it will be tough. I hope the photos will be enough to get a confirmation that it’s a real footprint and maybe get an I.D There is also a lot of plant material across the whole thing which I hope is proof that it’s fossilized

Close up of the largest plant piece.

I don’t know If the 6 side photos matter with a rock like this but I want to be as accurate as possible.

Sorry, but I am not seeing a footprint here.

This doesn't look like typical footprint bearing shale.

Not sure if those are plant fossils in there, or mineral inclusions, but I would be tempted to say they are mineral inclusions.

Shape doesn't look typical, either.  :(

Ok thank you Fossildude19 for the information, I will post pictures of another item found in the same area that has an odd symmetry and hope this one is a fossil.

Perhaps severely arthritic? :D

Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
