Judith river Montana Dino claw.  Figured it was a type of raptor claw, but wanted to see if anyone could shed more light on this one.  
I’m pretty sure it’s not an egg :)

Looks like a dinosaur foot claw due to the grooves and flat bottom.

I will agree with Wayan Man and say Ornithomimid.
