Hello everyone !

Here is 0.65" tooth from carter country ,Hell creek formation , Montana . I  personally think that it belong to Theropod maybe ? (I saw very faint serration in this tooth)

A good friend of mine told me that due to weird shape of this tooth it could be a Pre-maxillary tooth of maybe Nanotyrannus with feeding damage at the tip.

What do you guy think about this tooth ??

as always thank in advance .

Theropod Premaxillary teeth do not have that shape.. Looks more like the root of a tooth possibly mammal.

On a side note

When taking pictures of a small item its best to hold it in place using putty otherwise all we see is fingers and not the complete specimen.
