Brondonh
I am wanting to put together a complete spine of a whale. I have found many vertebrae, but unable to find a diagram of a spine. I'm starting at point A so anything could help. Even different species of whale. I'm have collected most of them from Sarasota County, Florida. Any links or suggestions would be great Thank you! Hey Brandon, Here is a nice Bone Atlas of an orca, probably not the specific whale you are looking for but a good start if you just need a basic understanding of the bone placements and names. I have used it in the past for my own reconstruction of 3D scanned model placements. As a rough guide. https://ptmsc.org/boneatlas/?fbclid=IwAR3F9f60_Dw_LHDLYxpkXBkTvqn-ejF64FfzW0BCnZ-fYjnCMLWL13UzGcQ#v Cheers, Brett

Yes .. and if you need additional 3D resources and want to be able to visualize the skeleton in 3D, I know that many universities and museums have models available for viewing and download on Sketchfab. Here is a CT Scan of a Pygmy Right Whale.
