Rooted carcharodontosaurus teeth

With rooted dinosaur teeth the most common issue is it’s a composite or they did some restoration on the tooth, so look for color changes. My eye can’t catch these flaws as well as others so we’ll see what they say. I hope these are all good :fingerscrossed:

Are these teeth good?  No they are bad.   Its a mixture of poorly restored and repaired crowns, roots and composite material.  Not sure they are all Carcharodontosaurus.  If you have not purchased them I would avoid.

I second that, all of them are artisanal artwork: combined pieces and added fake roots. I have a saying .. 'prices/money is counted by the inch' in Morocco... :)

avoid all of these as echoed by everyone else so far the first reminds me of a tooth I got scammed on recently in a large lot (sadly cant travel to morocco to check out the quality) I will show an example of what occurs on a tooth like this.

I too have been guilty of buying/trading a tooth like these in the past and it ended up being very much a composite made up of plaster and a few different teeth.

I learned from my mistake and this forum is a very good tool for you to always check before you buy.

Hopefully it wasn’t too costly for you and you can learn from this for future reference
