ecclector
Hello, I'd like to share my most recently acquired fossil, a Dickinsonia costata from the White Sea. It's estimated to be a little over 550 million years old and is considered among the first animal macrofossils. I think an old stromatolite may be the next fossil item on my wishlist. What is the oldest fossil in your collection? Share it here

My oldest is this Collenia undosa stromatolite from the Biwabik Formation, Mary Ellen Mine, Mesabi Range, Minnesota, USA, about 2.11 billion years old, I think. 4 Life's Good! Tortoise Friend. A Strelly Pool stromatolite has been on my bucket list for a couple of years now. One day I’ll be able to get a nice piece of one.
Abyss
Right now the oldest I have is the Strelley Pool Stromatolite at ~ 3.43 BYA, though I'm hoping to get some older items one day in the near future. I have plenty of others in the BYA range too.
