Devonian spore?

Could this be a spore? Found with other pyritized microfossils. Thanks for any help.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it looks like an Ostracod. The little bivalve Arthropod, could easily pyritized like other fossils in the unit.

@fossilcrazy Interesting. I'll take a closer look..

I sent to a paleobotanist at the Field museum and he said it does not appear to be a spore.. The amber-colored disk is roughly half the size of a grain of sand, so it's difficult to get a crisp image. Here's another angle.
