Early Jurassic plant fragments; East Berlin Formation in Connecticut

Here are a few fossil plant fragments from the Early Jurassic, East Berlin Formation in Connecticut. I included two photos from the book; Introduction to Plant Fossils (2nd edition, Cleal and Thomas).

How big is that coin, please?

For our overseas forum friends a standardized size scale (ideally in metric, although inches is better than nothing) helps.

It's about 1.9 cm.

2 - Pagiophyllum

3 -  indet. 

4 - Pagiophyllum sp.

5 - Pagiophyllum sp.

6 - Brachyphyllum scotti

7 - Pagiophyllum sp.

8 - Loperia simplex

9 - Pagiophyllum sp.
