Spinosaurus Restorations

I have here a Spinosaurus tooth, 4" in length. It has the repair close to the base. I'd love to know if anyone can spot restorations. I don't see any.

I see several repairs and I’m not sure all the pieces are from the same tooth but I could easily be wrong...

Not very experienced in spotting restoration but it does look suspicious to me. The arrow points to a spot that seems really suspect. It doesn't seem to flow naturally. Maybe some restoration/molding to cover the composite marks.

I agree the tooth changes quite a lot above and below the line Thomas pointed out so I'd agree with composite
