Fossil Bone found in SE Oregon, please help in identifying.

This was located approximately 20 miles from Lost Forest, Fossil lake area in SE Oregon on some property my folks own.  Sorry the ruler isn't  lined up better but you can get a good idea of the size.  Any help identifying is appreciated. Thanks!

A Phalange a finger or toe bone, camelid maybe.  I love ice age fossils but I am no expert.

Wonderful find. Camelops sp. as Val Horn suggests is my first impression as well. I first went to fossil lake as a boy in the 60's and have been back several times over the decades. Very nice preservation compared to much of the material at fossil lake. Keep up your exploration of your parents property as you may well be working a pristine locality and share your finds here.
