KompsFossilsNMinerals
Hi everyone, I just got this Enchelion montium Eel fossil in today, and I was wondering if you could help me ID the shrimp on the back. I'm assuming it's a Carpopenaeus, but I'm not sure. There's also an odd fin-like structure near the shrimp, if anyone has any ideas as to what it belongs to (if it even belongs to anything, that is), I'd greatly appreciate it. Fossildude19
I think they are Carpopenaeus shrimps. I see parts of 3 others on the left side. 1 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." Is one of those parts the last image? Because after looking at it again, it almost looks like a huge shrimp head
