Cow or bison bones?

First let me say I did the burn test having never done it before,  got the same faint smell from each. Then had to burn some of my hair for comparison, omg that was horrible!  So I'm not sure ad far as that.  All these came from part of creek in Dallas county that is very close to Trinity river, it is QAL on one side QT on the other.  I know the smaller bone isn't cow just thought it was interesting.  So I'm ready for my lesson in bones!

It's difficult to tell from these pictures but the stockiness of the metapodials are more in line with Bison. More pics will help, including from the ends. For the others let's start simple and focus on on a couple characters to photograph. First, take straight down photos of the humerus piece (left most bone piece) that shows the distal condyle and the lateral epicondyloid crest (see attached picture). Also take pictures from the side like the second attached image.
