micci cohan
I found this one near shore right after big storm here in Long Beach NY- Trying to identify. It has raised skin like bumps and measures: 4 x 5 inches. On the back side embedded with shells and 2 bumps coming through from front side? so a thick skin....? when googled the only thing it matched with was dinosaur skin? I have found many arrow heads and many interesting fossils ones here in the last 2 years, always right along the water/shore. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks! Lone Hunter
It's not skin but I think there are some fossils in it, maybe someone with a better eye can help you out.

It appears to be ripped up clasts of previously deposited sediment.
