MayBaMerMaid
I found a fossilized sand dollar walking down the beach yesterday. Can anyone give an around about age for this sand dollar? It's pretty big. It's thick too. Snapchat-1881094563.mp4
Thomas.Dodson
To give reliable information on age and identification we will need a location (state and county). 1
Al Dente
It has the same look as ones I find on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Is that where you found this one? I’m pretty sure it is Mellita isometra, the same species that currently lives along the east coast. I’m guessing it is Pleistocene or younger.
