Lance Fm. Mystery (ungual?) Bone

I’ve had this piece of a mystery bone, I think it may be an ungual, from the Lance Formation for a while now but haven’t been able to identify it. Finally decided to post it here and see if I can get an opinion. Any help is appreciated!

Distal end of the neural spine of a vertebra?  Can we see the broken end.

Had that thought too but I haven’t seen vertebral processes that curve forward like that, but of course I know very little on this topic.
