Awesome old shark teeth...or rocks...or something else? Thanks:) Welcome to the Fossil Forum, lots of good people who know lots about fossils worldwide. You have a good place to hunt, Not shark teeth, not rocks, but the most common fossil you are likely to find.... bone. Broken water eroded fragments of bone. These have a triangular shape, but that does not mean that they are shark teeth. Usually shark teeth are thinner, have a bit of shiney stuff left... Think of this piece of bone below, somewhat thick, triangular shape... now apply water erosion for a million years and it might resemble you larger fossil... ONLY hint left is the texture. Here are my finds from a recent hunting trip.... There is a Mako shark tooth center left, heavily water eroded.... None of these shark teeth have the thickness of your finds.. So, you have unidentifiable worn bone fragments.. There is LOTS of that out there. Keep looking The White Queen ".... in her youth she could believe "six impossible things before breakfast"
