Is this a fossil?

Hello to all users! I found this little rock fragment (mudstone from the Tethys ocean floor I think) in a geosite at the Kozani-Grevena Geopark in greece .....I think that there is a fossil on it. Is it or not? And if yes what species is it? (Echinoderm maybe?)

Thank you for your time!

Welcome to the Forum. :)

I don't see a fossil here - looks like a rock with a mineral vein, to me.

Those are a pseudo fossil, called  dendrites. Usually manganese crystals.

Dendrites aren't fossils, but are rather interesting and pretty.

Well worth keeping a nice specimen like yours. :)
