What is this shell?

Seller lists this as a pyritized nautilus/cephalopod from the devonian, but no other info. Any idea what this could be? A belemnite phragmocone maybe?

Possibly something like Michelinoceras sp.

I'll go along with that. Here's an example of what can be found at Hungry Hollow, Arkona, Ontario. Middle Devonian Givetian.

Michelinoceras looks to be correct, or at least some sort of orthoceras! Didn't even think of that since I'm used to looking at polished ones, thanks.
