Brian D
My first post .... This fossil tooth was found on the beach in northern Florida last week. Out of hundreds of shark teeth, this is the first one I have seen bent like this -- perhaps a pathological variation on a normal shark tooth, or maybe a whale shark tooth? What do you think? 1
Al Dente
It looks like a Megachasma tooth. Nice find. Here another one from your area. Family Fun
Nice find and as usual I learn something new almost every time someone’s posts an unusual item that I haven’t seen before. Thanks to the many experts who take the time to respond and help with the identification

siteseer
I think I first heard about these from your area about 20 years ago. A collector in the area had maybe 2 or 3. It's a great rare find.
