Agree with Jack here. Looks alligator-ish to me. Possibly a broken scapula or something like that. Don't quote me on that though.

 

In the meantime, give it a tentative ID of "chunkasaurus".

As BoneDaddy implies, look up Alligatior Scapula.  It is #4 in my first picture above, and has that curious protrubance.
