Fossilized jaw bone with teeth?

My family and I found this along with a few other fragments in Cambria county Pennsylvania. It was on a gravel bar in the river. Paleozoic I believe. Any ideas?

This doesn’t read as fossil in nature to me. Definitely not bone.

Thank you, I appreciate the input! Any ideas on specifics?

The appearance is partly due to river wash and staining. There may be some chert in it that suggested teeth, but I think the shape is the result of the way sandstone with sedimentary features fractured.
