Canada west coast large mammal tooth lD please

Fifty years ago my friend found this tooth on the beach near Vancouver. She has always wondered what animal it belongs to. In the picture with two teeth the smaller is from moose remains we found while hiking on a mountain.

Hello JMCX and welcome to the forum.

With your comparison it looks to me as if the most probable ID was indeed  "big moose". Maybe also bovid, I am not good with teeth on that level, but others will know.

What I can say is that its an artiodactyl (even toed ungulate) tooth, with the typical crescent shaped edges ("selenodont").
