Found this fossil-any idea what it is? Could be coral or plant trace, im new to paleontology

Welcome to TFF! :) This looks like a coral trace fossil to me, but lets wait for the experts.

Hi, for that we need to know several things :

where you found it, it's geological age and photos, with a rule in centimeters or inches.

I found it in Sicily, but I have no knowledge of its age. It was exposed on the ground in a human active area. The rock is about 4 1/4 inches long, 3 1/2 inches tall, and 1 1/2 inches wide.
