MrBones
Hello again. I am currently in Al Ain (an Emirate of the United Arab Emirates), my absolute favourite place to be! I have found many fossils here, but I was quite excited when I picked this one up today. I think it's a nautilus chamber. At the same location there are tousands of nummulites, many shell steinkerns, and some urchin fossils (schizaster along with some others). I would like some confirmation! Manticocerasman
I agree with you,it is the inner cast of a nautilus chamber. You can see the syphuncle on the 1st picture. 1 1 growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional.
