Yet Another Psittacosaurus Skull

This Psittacosaurus skull comes from a seller, who claims that it has "5% restoration". Are there any red flags here?

It's very difficult to get a complete reading on these type of skulls off of photos.  You really need to examine it closely by hand with a UV light.  . 

 

Juvenile, the skull appears to be prepared well.   The right jugal horn might be restored.  I think the palpebral horns are real may have been reattached.  There are patches of fill but done well. Difficult to conclusively say if the teeth are orginal or added.  Bone quality looks good.
