Trip to Etobicoke Creek (Georgian Bay Formation, Upper Ordovician)

My first visit to Etobicoke Creek in several years yielded a few finds, but will search other spots along the creek in the coming weeks.

Neat finds, Camille! Thanks for posting them.

 

The misshapen cephalopod is actually a bryozoan colony.

The outline on the flat rock is likely just mineral staining.

The other unknown item isn't showing enough detail to make out anything about what they may be.

Possibly bryozoan colonies in cross section, but the photos do not make it clear enough to see properly.
