dre464
Good morning, afternoon or evening. Last weekend I purchased an Ammonite at a gem and mineral show in Conroe, Texas. The seller indicated that it was from France, but had no other information. Could anyone help me ID the ammonite from the attached pictures? I'm thinking that it's something like Harpoceras sp. but that's a Google pictures guess. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Ludwigia
Good guess. I'd call it Harpoceras falciferum. 2 1 2 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
