It is possible to identify the species of those mammoth teeth? According to the seller, they're from the North Sea.

This is the first:

As far as I know, the majority of the mammoth teeth from Doggerland are attributed to M.primigenius, although I couldn't say for certain myself if that fits these ones. Here is a link about mammoth species from there. It depends on which part of the North Sea where they were found what age they belong to and therefore which species they may belong to.
