Vertebra?

Hello!

I would appreciate your help identifying this vertebra I found in Hilton head, South Carolina.

bony fish vertebra.  Unfortunately, it will be difficult to ID beyond that

too blurry for me.  All I see is a roundish black thing

Looks like a fish vertebra to me,  The third photo is a side view.  I cant tell for sure if it has some excess bony growth or some other type of growth, but other than that looks pretty normal as a fish vert.  As an example of something similar (NOT THE EXACT SAME), here is a picture from one of our members (@jefferyP) gallery of Potomac items.  Two concave ends and "pinched" in the middle, seems pretty typical of many types of fish.

It's a vertebra, but not hyperostosed.
