Mr.Waffles
Look I found a thing! Usually when I see a rock embedded in another rock I think fossil... however IF this is a fossil I have no idea what it would be. So at this point im thinking maybe its another Xenolith. What are your thoughts? For anyone interested, this was found near Vancouver Canadia.

Ludwigia
Do you have any idea whatsoever about its stratigraphy and the lithology of the location where it was found? Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

I'm not exactly sure but I believe there is a lot of limestone in the area. Apparently i wasnt as near to Vancouver as I thought. I don't live in CA, so my geography is a bit off. If anyone knows where Golden, BC is, that's closer to where this was found. Up in the Canadian Rockies.

Ludwigia
Up in the Canadian Rockies doesn't really help us much further. Anyway, it's certainly not a fossil IMHO. 1 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
