What kind of fossil is this?

Is wthis a coral fossil, a worm rock or something else?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

This isn't any one fossil, but instead, a seafloor of fossils - known as a "fossil hash", or "fossil hash plate". 

Yours contains many shells:

It is actually a chunk of rudist reef made primarily of their partial fragments, molds and complete structures...again, likely Devils River Limestone.  Nice piece.
