Help us please :)

my son found this in a creek in Missouri and it has porous holes and sticks to tongue like bone but not sure if it’s a fossil or bone.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello! Do you have any more precise locational information? Missouri spans a pretty wide geologic scale.

Photos with an international scale, showing both ends would be appreciated, too! :)

I agree, this is a rock not bone.

Mark.

Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!

It looks like a concretion, to me.

Can you post pictures showing both ends?
