Is this a real primate foot fossil? Heard they are rare but this was my first.

I am thinking this is not a fossil.

I have a other image without lines, looks like it to me

Although creative perception may make it seem to look like a "foot", there are truly no indications of any bone types in this rock formation.

If you had found any kind of bone fossil, we would be happy to try to identify it and celebrate with you.

There are no three-toed primates. Mammals, yes. Primates, no.

Mark.

Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!

I don't see any bones there.  And yeah, primates are rather primitive in their retention of five fingers and toes relative to other mammals.
