Is this a authentic spinosaurus vertebrae? Found in Kem Kem formation Morocco

I think this is a Spinosauridae vertebra. 

 

BTW the Kem Kem is not a formation, the deposits are identified as the Kem Kem Group which is made up of around 6 different Formations

No, this does not seem to be from a juvenile spinosaurid as this is a posterior caudal vertebra.
It doesn't seem very small. It's kind of impossible to tell exactly how big, since the vert is damaged and it's hard to tell the exact position. It could be from either a medium sized spinosaur, or a large one.
