Help with ID

I don't think it's a fossil but more information would be helpful like where in Texas it's a big state. TFF does not give evaluations.

Been there never saw anything like that fossil wise maybe someone else has? At the very least it's not a horn or tooth.

No bone texture, or enamel, or ivory, so not a tooth or spike or spine of any sort.

Possibly industrial refuse?  Plaster, caulk, grout?
