VickyRenee
I found this in Northwest Missouri. It's approx 1.5" tall, 1" wide and only .25" thick. I see eyes and fangs? But then again I see lots of things in fossils and rocks that aren't there LOL! Can anyone help ID this?
Ludwigia
Looks like a piece of conglomerate perhaps with a few bits of shell in it. 2 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
Rockwood
I'd lean a little more toward the shells, but would also have to pass on the eyes and fangs. 1

Rockwood
I don't think these are simple bivalve shapes. Gastropod maybe ?

VickyRenee
I'm getting ready to post another fossil, this time I think this IS a snake head LOL. I just found it in my bags of rocks I collected last weekend.
Fin Lover
Snake heads don't fossilize. If you search the forum for fossilized or petrified snake heads, you should find a lot of posts that discuss this, and some pics of snake skulls, which is the closest one could get to a "fossilized snake head". Fin Lover My favorite things about fossil hunting: getting out of my own head, getting into nature and, if I’m lucky, finding some cool souvenirs. They don't? Oh I didn't know that. Okay well I'm not sure what it is LOL then. Thank you for that information!
