Goodday Alston,

 

Yes its real. Many real claws are found like this. Missing a bit of the base and misses the tip you can see a good bone structure here . There could be some minor repair in the middle, but Id like to believe its just matrix. 

I also believe its Spinosaurid, but hard to say if its Spinosaurus, could be Sigilmassasaurus. Not much is known so far.

What you have looks unaltered and real but the preservation is beyond poor.  The claw has features that point to a Spinosaurid but there is not enough there to positively say its one and does not belong to another dinosaur.  It's missing the diagnostic features in the proximal end and the shape of the distal end.
