CrumpRocks
So I found these in my backyard while working on my chicken coop and I don't know if they are dinosaur eggs or concretions
jpc
option B. Dinosaur eggs have eggshell texture that I do not see here. 4 1
Rockwood
It's common to find concretion with shells in it. I don't see more than a suggestion of it here, but it seems possible that originally these shapes were formed by shells. Oops. Not egg shells though. digit
Fossilized eggs have a distinctive texture (which your weathered concretions do not have). If you are interested in seeing what fossilized eggs look like there is some good information here: http://www.thefossilforum.com/index.php?/topic/92370-think-you-found-an-egg-read-this-first-dinosaur-egg-guide-basic/ Cheers. -Ken

Brandy Cole
I agree with the others, and would go a step farther to encourage you to give them a whack just to see if there are any fossils inside. As Rockwood and RJB mentioned, that's not uncommon. You can look for items that generally resemble small seashells or snail shells.
