Figured I would share my recent project, a Basilosarus bone block found by myself in AL. Got alot of work to do and wish the jaw section had complete teeth, but who knows whats else lies in the matrix. Some pretty cool crystals throughout. Let me know your thoughts

Looks like the heavily silicified limestone I'd collect in Georgia. The stuff is a nightmare to prep but good luck. Maybe bone will have better separation from the matrix than the calcium carbonate shell of bivalves/gastropods/echinoids do when they all get silicified.
