Bikerboyzx6r
I have basically thanks to the forum, identified everything I have apart from this small piece! Could it be a piece of Anahamulina davidsoni or is that only found in France rather than Wales UK? The piece is approx 1" X 1" and with a elliptical shape body Cheers Dan
Auspex
Anahamulina davidsoni, I think, is from the Mesozoic, whereas your other finds are Paleozoic (much older). Hard to say from the pic, but it might be a piece of a straight-shelled cephalopod (it also seems to have uncomplicated sutures [the segments that are visible] which is more cephalopod-like than ammonite-like). Bikerboyzx6r
Thanks guys, your spot on with the Paleozoic period! Thanks for the ID, I can see where your coming from but the bars are only 3mm apart and pretty uniformed. You could be spot on but I will go Google it and see what I can find from the name you gave me!
