chele Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) I dug this stuff out of a big shale outcrop which is from the Bear Paw formation in eastern Montana. The plates are loaded with leaves. On some of the plates it appears to be bark. Could this be? The 2nd and 3rd photos are of the same plate front and back.
