Just picked up this 6 incher, what a difference after a nice cleaning.

This would have made an excellent example of a 50:50 (uncleanded:cleaned)

Nice pick up :D

Was it found in a phosphate pit? Doesn't look like a water find.

Looks like deep water Venice Beach, or a similar site.

Thanks bud, I wish you luck. Hopefully one day you'll find a 7 incher. You have a better chance of finding a 7 inch tooth than me buying/affording one.

Nice!! The blade looks Pacific... but the root color looks South American.

It certainly has much more unique colors than a majority my Megs. Too bad I don't know where it was found, I would guess to say that it's an ocean find.
