Found This In Nortwest Georgia, Big Shell Fossil

I found this in Northwest Georgia on a farm. It appears to be a large smooth snail shell with the snail protruding out, Its very cool I just dont know that much about it. The rock itself appears to be made up of layers and is very heavy, maybe from the cretaceous period which would make it 100 million years old at least, It was under the ground maybe two feet. Awesome find! It is a Gastropod from the Fort Payne Chert. It is Mississippian in age. Probably around 340 myo. Thanks for sharing!
